Today  my  kitchen was crowded  -  I was hosting a cooking workshop.

My intention was  to show and  explain to some of my collegues form the office how to prepare and bake an Easter sweet bread – called “Kozunak” in Bulgaria.

The lesson started pretty well - with a heavy brunch, coffee and a few quick photos.
Our lunch included vegan sandwiches with tofu, garnished with arugula and marinated grilled vegetables and warm ricotta biscuits with butter.
For dessert there was fresh fruits and tartalletes.
We continued with kneading and making breads and rolls.
