Bread Chunks with Fresh Cheese and Argan Oil
Preparation time: 15 minutes
- Slices of wholegrain bread
- 200 g fresh cheese (or mozzarella)
- white, green and pink pepper
- argan oil (or olive oil)
- fresh oregano
Cut bread into meddium size pieces and toast them. Cut cheese. In a dish arrange some bread, put a slice of cheese on the top and sprinkle with roughly ground pepper. Spinkle some argan oil and serve garnished with fresh oregano and a glass of fine winе.
