Serves: about 25 truffles

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 



 

 

*1 cup - a cup of 300 ml

 

Process almonds, walnuts and cocoa beans in a blender.

In a deep bowl, combine the ground nuts, coconut butter, smashed banana, chopped dates, lime zest and the mint.

 

 

Mix all ingredients until a homogeneous, sticky mixture is formed. Leave in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to set.

Take out form the fridge. Divide the mixture and shape small balls. Roll each ball in the cocoa powder and put it in а candy paper cup. Store in tightly closed container in the fridge.
