Baking time: 40-50 minutes

* Different flours can be replaced with whole wheat, white or rye flour

** Leffe beer could be substitue with any other kind of beer

 


In a large bowl, combine the tree types of flour with the salt and baking powder. Add grated zucchini, diced bell pepper, chopped dill and honey. Pour the beer and olive oil and mix with a spoon until homogenous.

Pour the dough in a greased rectangular cake pan. Bake in preheated to 180 ° C oven for 40-50 minutes. Remove and leave on a side to cool. Serve warm or cold.
