Salad with Arugula and Pears
Preparation time:10 minutes
- 400 g arugula
- 1 pear
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g raw nuts: Brazil nuts, walnuts
- olive oil
- balsamic vinegar
- sea salt
Wash and drain arugula. Halve the pear and cut into thin slices. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Take two salad dishes and arrange pears slices, place arugula in the middle, add the cheese and sprinkle some nuts. Toss with olive ol, balsamic vinegar and salt.

All you need is a piece of chilled melon, few fresh sprigs of basil, cold water and ice.
Blend everything together and serve in a tall glass with extra basil leaves.
