Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Baking time: 15 minutes

- 1 ½ cup oats
- ½ cup raisins
- 45 g dried coconut flakes
- 100 gr chopped dark chocolate
- ½ cup (100 g) flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ cup honey (melted)
- 125 g butter (melted)
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1tsp rum extract
In a large bowl combine all of the dry ingredients. In another bowl combine all of the wet ingredients together with the extracts. Pour the wet mixture over the dry mixture and stir just until fully incorporated. Leave at the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 160 º C and line to baking pans with parchment paper. Roll the cookies into balls and arrange in the pans. Press them a little bit and bake for 15 minutes.
