Serves: 6







Arrange the thyme sprigs on the bottom of a deep, ovenproof ceramic dish. On top, arrange the fresh mint.



Put the meat, cut into pieces or as a whole piece, in a separate bowl and sprinkle with the herbs, olive oil and the wine. Mix well and let it stay in the marinade for 20-30 minutes.
Then arrange the meat pieces in the dish over the green herbs.



Close with a lid or cover with foil wrap. Bake with ventilation turned on at 200 degrees for about 3 hours without opening the led or removing the wrap.
