Fresh Pasta with Basil and Roasted Walnuts
Preparation time: 10 minutes
- 1 package fresh pasta - tagliatelle
- 1 small bunch basil
- 100 g walnuts
- 50-100 ml olive oil
Cook fresh pasta according to the instructions on the back site of the package. Usually it is cooked from 3 to 4 minutes.
Drain thoroughly and generously coat with olive oil. Roast the walnuts in hot pan for 2 minutes on each side. Leave on a towel to cool. Chopped the basil.
Place a little bit of pasta in a deep hot dish and sprinkle with roughly chopped walnuts and basil.
